First came the humble Citadel Painting Handle - this simple tool was a surprisingly big seller, allowing you to easily paint your model and eat a sandwich without ruining your paint job. Then it got bigger, grew arms to help with assembly and became bright red so you can easily recognise special models when painting whole groups. This upgraded Citadel Colour: Painting Handle is the biggest improvement to this revolutionary tool since its invention. Our design team has retained all the great features that made the original, and refined the design based on hard-won experience.

By streamlining the spring-based clamp mechanism, it's easier than ever to reach all the places on - and under - your model. The handle is more ergonomic and fits comfortably in your hand, allowing for marathon painting sessions without fatigue. The modified shape of the base improves balance and weight distribution, allowing us to make it higher while reducing the risk of it falling over.

The Painting Handle holds bases in the sizes 25 mm, 28 mm, 32 mm and 40 mm.
