United Kingdom from 01/01/2021:  All parcels include a commercial invoice.  In case you order less the £135 we will charge you UK VAT. Once your order has arrived at the UK customs border,  GLS UK will contact you and let you know what level of Duty and VAT you have to pay. Once these charges are paid the goods will be delivered to you as normal. Duty rates will vary by item but the average duty rate, using World Trade Organisation rules, will be approx. 4.3% for gift products + 20% UK VAT over the total.
VAT payment will be dependent on whether or not you are VAT registered. This isn't the case when ordering on Olleke UK as these products are located and shipped within the United Kingdom.

Canada, US, Australia, New Zealand: 6-12 days,
China: 12-18 days, Japan: 8-12 days, Hong Kong: 6-10 days
We don't ship any more Latin-American countries or American Oversea Areas due to multiple transfer issues. We don't ship to 182 countries due to no insurance / coverage. Thank you for understanding.

Returns and Exchanges policy

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for items purchased at Olleke store and other locations.

Olleke webstore will gladly exchange, credit or refund the purchase directly from this webshop if returned within 14 days of the shipping date, unless otherwise stated herein.
1.  Report your return within 14 days
2. Return your item within 14 days after reporting the return
3. We'll credit within 14 days after your return was registrated
No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the product is personalised or in a blinded mystery packaging.

Special Products and Exceptions

A Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. Please provide required proof of purchase to replace or cancel a lost, stolen or damaged Gift Card. Certain restrictions apply. 
Price adjustments will be provided in the form of a one-time use promotional code on merchandise purchased from this webshop within 7 days from the shipping date. Price adjustments are not valid on reduced items. To request a price adjustment on qualifying purchases, contact Guest Services by selecting a contact option at the end of this article. Please be sure to include your Order Number and Item Number in your request. Gift with Purchase or Purchase with Purchase items must accompany the original purchase item when returned.

U heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. U heeft na annulering nogmaals 14 dagen om uw product retour te sturen. U krijgt dan het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten gecrediteerd. Enkel de kosten voor retour van u thuis naar de webwinkel zijn voor eigen rekening. Raadpleeg voor de exacte tarieven de website van uw vervoerder. Indien u gebruik maakt van uw herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en – indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk – in de originele staat en verpakking aan de ondernemer geretourneerd worden. Om gebruik te maken van dit recht kunt u contact met ons opnemen. Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van uw retour terugstorten mits het product reeds in goede orde retour ontvangen is.
Producten die u via deze webwinkel koopt worden op maat volgens de door u ingevoerde specificatie gemaakt. Het herroepingsrecht is dan ook niet van toepassing. De verkoop is hiermee na succesvolle betaling definitief. Mocht het product beschadigd of de verpakking meer beschadigd zijn dan nodig is om het product te proberen, dan kunnen we deze waardevermindering van het product aan u doorberekenen. Behandel het product dus met zorg en zorg ervoor dat deze bij een retour goed verpakt is.
