We don't ship to the USA. 

Ordering for the UK? All parcels include a commercial invoice. Orders under £135 will include UK VAT. GLS UK will contact you about any applicable duty charges upon arrival at customs. Average duty rate is approx. 4.3% + 20% UK VAT.

Rest of the World We do not ship to 182 countries and regions due to limited tracking or no coverage. Since April 2025 we no longer ship to the USA.
Items larger than 120cm are only shipped to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, France, Spain, Italy and Austria. A €10 surcharge applies to cover special haulier costs. For other countries, please email us for a quote — though we no longer ship oversized items outside the EU.

Returns & Exchanges

Not happy with your order? No problem — we’ll sort it out. You have 14 days from the shipping date to report a return, and another 14 days to send the item back. We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving it.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Please provide proof of purchase to replace or cancel a lost, stolen or damaged gift card.

Price adjustments

Price adjustments are available as a one-time promotional code on merchandise purchased from this webshop within 7 days of the shipping date. Not valid on reduced items. To request a price adjustment, contact us with your Order Number and Item Number.
