Send a parcel

Anyone can send a parcel via a GLS ParcelShop — businesses and private customers alike. Daily collection Monday to Friday. Next business day delivery across the Benelux.

Return a parcel

Returning an order with a pre-printed return label? Drop it off at either Olleke shop. You’ll receive a receipt and GLS will return it to the sender.

Collect a parcel

Not home often? Ask your sender or webshop to deliver to Olleke. You have nine business days to collect your parcel. ID required (passport or national ID card).

Parcel price is determined by dimensions. The maximum weight is 30kg for Belgium and Europe. Use the GLS price calculator to find your rate:

Create your own label? Generate your shipment via gls-one.be, get your QR code and we’ll scan and print it when you drop off your parcel in one of our shops.

You can collect parcels addressed to either of our Bruges shops during opening hours. Please bring a valid ID (national ID card or passport).

Please note: Each shop can only see parcels scanned at that specific location. If you received a notification that your parcel has been scanned at Olleke, you can come and collect it. If your parcel shows a different status, please contact GLS directly — not our customer service.
