Pre-ordering is the grown-up version of asking nicely. Here's everything you need to know.

You spot something you love — but it's not in stock yet

Some items are on their way to us from suppliers, manufacturers, or the far corners of the wizarding world. They're listed as pre-order so you can reserve yours before they arrive.

You place your order as usual

Add to cart, check out, pay. Everything works exactly like a normal order. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail straight away to prove it happened.

We wait together (we'll do the hard part)

We keep an eye on the shipment from our end. If anything changes — a delay, an update, some exciting news — we'll let you know. You can just get on with your life.

It arrives — and we ship it straight to you

The moment the item lands with us, we pack it up and send it on its way. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Then you just wait by the door.

Some items sell out before they even arrive. Pre-ordering guarantees yours is set aside — no refreshing the page at midnight.

The price is locked in

The price you see at the time of pre-ordering is the price you pay. If it goes up later, that's not your problem.

Once you've ordered, your work is done. We handle the waiting, the logistics, and the shipping. You handle the unboxing.

Things people usually ask.

Each pre-order item has a different estimated arrival date. You can ask us for a specific item, but it is possible we don't know. Please treat it as an estimate — supplier and hauliers timelines can shift. We'll notify you if anything changes significantly.
Yes, but they'll ship separately. In-stock items are dispatched right away; pre-order items follow once they arrive with us. You won't be charged extra for the split shipment.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering — not when it ships. This is how we reserve the item for you and keep the price locked in.
Some pre-orders can take a long time. If you change your mind before the item has shipped, get in touch with us and we'll sort out a full refund. If your pre-order is already shipped, our regular sale terms apply.
It happens — suppliers aren't always punctual. We'll send you an update as soon as we know. If you'd rather not wait, you can always cancel for a full refund.
